About six months ago, I began a half marathon training program. As I progressed thru my training I started experiencing different aches and pains, hence, my relationship with Dr. Glenn. When I first received the information on the StrongerLeanerBetter Kettlebell classes with Dr. Glenn, I wasn't sure what to think.

After reading through ALL the information Dr. Glenn sent me on the Kettlebell classes and what they can do for your body, I decided to give it a shot. I trusted Dr. Glenn, so I took a leap of faith and decided to trust his knowledge of Kettlebells. Wow — am I glad I did!

When I first saw the kettlebells, I wasn't sure about what I had signed up for. I mean what if I start swinging this thing around and it gets away from me and hits me, or worse, the person next to me. Fortunately, Dr. Glenn provided basic, step-by-step instruction so that sort of accident wouldn't happen. He also provided some techniques for ditching the kettlebell in the event that it started moving in a bad direction.

I have to give props to Dr. Glenn for his knowledge, relaxed demeanor, easy to understand instructions, and his weekly workouts. Dr. Glenn has been using kettlebells for several years now and this experience enables him to provide great details on each movement. His presence during the classes has been very relaxed, with a bit of added humor to keep everyone going. The weekly workouts that he has provided are very appropriate to what we learned in class, AND he provides options for making the workout more or less intense to fit each person's needs.

I've been using the kettlebell for 4 weeks now and I'm swingin' it around like an old pro. Well, ok, maybe not exactly like that, but I'm getting better. Occasionally it thuds on me, but I'm working thru it.

But seriously... I've seen a difference in myself from using the kettlebells. I see new muscles forming (which also means I must be losing some of that fat that was covering them up — yippee!). And I've seen an improvement in my running ability. Dr. Glenn's words are ringing true. Thanks, Dr. Glenn, for sharing your knowledge and experience.

It seemed like a daunting task to get back into shape after 20 years of neglecting my health. Which expert to turn to? What exercises to do? Which foods should I eat? At 57 years old I knew I had better choose wisely.

I am a fairly new patient of Dr. Glenn Hyman's, but I have already experienced a significant improvement in my quality of life. I came to Dr. Glenn with chronic pain. I have always been active throughout my entire life starting at a very young age. I found myself slowly giving up on all of the sports and outdoor activities I had grown to love.

My husband had seen a positive, energetic, confident woman morph into a depressed, hopeless, scared girl. My husband, like any other man, wanted so badly to fix the problem. Unlike me, who was relatively pain-free and unbreakable my entire life, my husband had a slew of back and neck problems stemming partly from genetic structural issues and a garden variety of bad motorcycle and mountain biking wrecks. Dear Dr. Glenn: I just wanted to extend my deepest thanks for all of the work you have done with me over the last couple of years. I have been thoroughly impressed with your knowledge, expertise and the results I have experienced.

With your help, I set personal best times in every race I participated in this year. Even more impressive was my recent completion of Ironman Florida in 10:34. That was better than my previous Ironman time by 90 minutes! I also qualified for the US National Longcourse Triathlon team and by finishing 6th in the US Championships in Arkansas.
